Singapore has seen a second vessel arrested within a month, according to records from the Supreme Court of Singapore.

The Post Panamax bulk carrier Welfine was arrested on July 23, 2015 following action by local law firm Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP., according to the latest records.

Information from online fleet valuation service VesselsValue.com shows the 2011 Chinese built and flagged 93,100 dwt vessel is operated by Oriental Ocean Shipping, with Everfair Shipping Ltd listed as the registered owner, and has a current market value of $18.25 million.

Little is known at this time with regards to the circumstances surrounding the arrest, but such action is typical in instances of payment dispute.

Also in the latest update to the Supreme Court of Singapore's arrest log, the entry for the Panamax box ship SCI Chennai, which last week Ship & Bunker reported was arrested in Singapore on July 21, 2015, has now been removed.
