Petro Inspect Expands with New Office in Hong Kong

Mr. Stanley Kwok Junde has been appointed as the Director Operations of Hong Kong / China region.

Marine surveyors Petro Inspect today announced the opening of a new office in Hong Kong, Petro Inspect Hong Kong Ltd, and has appointed Mr. Stanley Kwok Junde as Director Operations of Hong Kong / China region.

"Stanley has been working with Petro Inspect since Jan 2015 as a Senior Surveyor and was quickly promoted to Technical Manager due to his exceptional skills & abilities in April 2015," the company said.

"He is well versed in bunker inspections including in-depth knowledge of Mass Flow Meters (MFM) and has nine solid years of experience with approximately 1,400 bunkering operations under his belt."

As a surveyor, Stanley is understood to have worked with local Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) and Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB), and was said to have "successfully exposed many malpractices on board."

His role will not only be covering the operational aspects of Petro Inspect Hong Kong but he will also be involved in training and business development in the region including China, the company added.
