Ahmad Adly Alias, Petronas' vice-president of LNG trading and marketing, says the company is looking to move into liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunkering, TradeWinds reports.

"We are looking at the options," he told Tradwinds this week.

Petronas' LNG receiving terminal in Pengerang, Malaysia has been named as a potential location out of which to base the company's possible new activity, which is expected to see the transfer of LNG bunkers offshore through ship-to-ship operations.
