Crude Prices Struggle to Move in Either Direction

Crude prices struggled to move in either direction today as there was little momentum behind any headlines.

The market is waiting to see whether the trend of increasing US oil rigs will result in enough production to offset the OPEC cuts.

The compliance rate to the cuts remains the major unknown in the equation to balance global supplies.

Bunker prices were mostly stable in the primary ports.
