US crude stockpiles rose for an eighth consecutive week but not as much as expected and oil prices remained little changed.

A build of 1.5 million barrels last week was reported which pared the modest gains seen this morning and had crude prices settling slightly lower.

Despite the build, cuts continue outside of the US keeping prices trading within a narrow range.

Bunker prices were again stable in the primary ports.
