OW Bunker Traders Join OMTI
UAE-based bunker supplier Oil Marketing & Trading International LLC (OMTI) today announced in an emailed statement that it has added two ex-OW Bunker traders at its Athens office.
Joe Bahou joins as a Manager for Worldwide Trading, having spent the last 15 years at OW Bunker.
"Joe brings to OMTI an extensive experience in worldwide trading as well as physical supplying," said OTMI.
In addition, Loukas Vanger joins as a bunker trader after two years at OW Bunker.
OTMI was founded in 2001 to supply bunkers off Fujairah port, and now has offices in Fujairah, Dubai, Singapore and Athens.
The company has a fleet of 17 vessels according to its website.
Swiss trading house Mercuria is said to aiming to recruit up to 40 ex-OW Bunker traders as it aims to bolster its business in Asia.
