Optimism was the word of the day today as investors moved the market up mid-morning despite being down heavily to start the day.

All of a sudden the world economies look good and demand is returning to the oil markets.

Once again we think this is premature, but the chart traders move the markets with their cheap money.

They need volatility for returns and will do everything they can to create it.

Bunker prices moved up by the end of the day.
