After almost four years as VP at Chemoil Corporation managing the supplier's U.S. East Coast operation, Gregg Schwartz last week joined Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. [NYSE: ANW] (Aegean) as Director of Strategic Development, the company has confirmed to Ship & Bunker.

Schwartz will be based in New York and will work along side Managing Director Salvatore Drago, who joined Aegean after it bought the bunkering business of Hess Corporation [NYSE:HES] (Hess) last year.

Schwartz is the second high profile departure from Chemoil in recent weeks, after Thomas K. Reilly left his role as Chief Executive Officer effective June 30, 2014.

The moves come a little over two months after parent company Glencore plc took Chemoil private, delisting it from Singapore's SGX effective May 5, 2014.
