KPI Bridge Oil Names New Managing Director in Greece

KPI Bridge Oil Friday announced that Michalis Manassakis has been promoted to Managing Director after at KPI Bridge Oil's office in Glyfada, Athens.

"Michalis is a great asset to our organisation with his extensive knowledge of the Greek Shipping market and significant experience of international sales and account management," said Carsten Ladekjaer, KPI Bridge Oil CEO.

"Michalis' astute commercial awareness and business acumen combined with his zealous and highly professional approach will no doubt benefit our business partners in the Med and across the world."

Manassakis relocated to KPI Bridge Oil's new office in Glyfada in May 2016, and has since been promoted to Deputy Managing Director and Sales Manager at the location.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical Institute of Greece, and an MBA from Leicester University, Manassakis is noted to have more than 12 years experience in the shipping industry.

"With the opening of our office in Athens, we have shown our commitment to the Greek shipping community and I am looking forward to take up the new challenges and having a leading role in the development of our office in Athens."

In December, KPI Bridge Oil announced that its new office in Greece is part of the group's broader growth strategy and desire to further develop its key markets.
