New Hire for LQM in Connecticut
LQM Petroleum Services Inc. (LQM) has announced in a emailed statement the addition of a new U.S.-based broker, Nikolas Gkikas, at its offices in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Gkikas, whose appointment was effective November 23, 2015, was said to have come from a strong maritime background and education.
He most recently was a vessel Operations Manager at the agency General Steamship Corp in California, prior to which he worked at Voras Navigation SA., a shipping company in Piraeus, Greece.
"With his experience in shipping as well as detailed operational knowledge of the US West Coast bunker market, we are confident that Nikolas will be a great asset to our team," said LQM.
