Bunker's Mexico Group (Bunker's Mexico) today announced that with immediate effect it is positioning the barge Pacifica II at the port of Veracruz on the Gulf of Mexico.

"Positioning this asset in Veracruz will enable us to provide the services desired by the customer base and spur growth in this area," Luis Medina, CEO of the group, said in an emailed press release.

Bunker's Mexico said Pacifica II has an approximate capacity of 1200 metric tonnes (mt) of IFO bunkers and 320 mt of MGO, with ISO 8217:2010 specification RMG380 and low sulfur DMA MGO available on board at the same time.

Any questions regarding the new service should be directed to Jack Grogan in the Texas office at telephone +1 281 466 2430.

Bunker's Mexico earlier this month announced the opening of the first ever independent bunker terminal in Mexico.
