Norwegian Oil Trading Launches New Office in Singapore
Norwegian Oil Trading AS (NOT) has launched a new office in Singapore, the bunker broking and trading firm has announced in an emailed press release.
NOT said the Singapore office will start operations during the third quarter of 2013 to support it's customer base in the region.
"This development is the next step to support our future growth plans as the Asian region will continue to be the center of growth in the industry," said Benny Clausen, Bunker Manager of Norwegian Oil Trading AS.
The Singapore office of NOT will be headed by Roger Liau, whose previous tenure include Garson Marine Pte Ltd/Gemoil(Singapore) Pte Ltd and Japan Energy(Singapore) Pte Ltd.
"Liau brings many years of experience to NOT and has a detailed knowledge of the local market," Clausen added.
