Dutch Bunker Industry Veteran Heads New ARA Bunker Venture

Dutch bunker industry veteran Jan-Piet Oosterlee is to head the commercial activities and operations of Transmarinefuels BV (TMF), a new venture in the ARA-region, the company said in a emailed statement.

TMF, a subsidiary of van de Laarschot Inspection Company, will initially offer "totally inspected Marine Gasoil bunker supplies in Rotterdam and Europoort to Ship-owners and charterers," the statement said.

Oosterlee has previously worked with the VT Group, Petroval Bunker International, O.W. Bunker and Vopak in Rotterdam.

TMF is based in Brielle near Rotterdam.
