Sources Monday said Port of Gibraltar's operations, including bunkering, had been halted, Platts reports.

Gibraltar's Met Office issued a warning of strong southwesterly winds of a force 5 or 6 on Monday morning, but sources in the local bunker market said the weather was showing signs of improving around midday.

With only one ship waiting to enter the port at the time, sources also noted that they did not expect to see delays in port operations.
