Bunker prices jumped at the start of the days trading only to finish a bit on the softer side.

The US National Weather Service downgraded the possibility that Hurricane Joaquin would impact oil & gas infrastructure along the US East coast.

This news, coupled with friendly overtures between US and Russian militaries in Syria, pushed Brent crude oil prices down in the PM hour of trading.

Customers with ships trading in the US East Coast should continue to monitor the Hurricane, now a category 3 storm.
