A trial for the MV Marathassa and its owner, Alassia NewShips Management Inc. (Alassia NewShips), relating to the spill of approximately 2,700 litres of HFO into Vancouver's English Bay on April 8, 2015, is slated to begin in a provincial court on April 5, 2017, Canadian media reports.
