Durban: Port Closed Wednesday in Storm Aftermath

The South African port of Durban was closed Wednesday in the aftermath of severe weather which hit the area yesterday.

Bunkering sources in the port confirmed to Ship & Bunker that the port was currently closed.

Three ships were grounded by the storm which caused heavy flooding, according to maritime news provider Tradewinds.

Durban is South Africa's main bunkering port.
