Shell Marine has appointed Dutch biofuels firm FincoEnergies as an authorised distributor of its marine products and services in the Netherlands.
The partnership combines Shell Marine’s global expertise with FincoEnergies’ local presence and market knowledge, Shell Marine said in a LinkedIn post on Monday.
“By combining Shell Marine's global expertise with FincoEnergies' strong local presence and market knowledge, we are strengthening our ability to support customers across the local Dutch coastal maritime sector with high-quality lubricants, technical expertise, and trusted service,” the company said.
“Together, we will focus on growing the Shell Marine lubricants and services business in the Netherlands and delivering greater value to ship owners, operators, and customers throughout the local market.”
Shell Marine offers marine fuels, lubricants and technical services to shipping, according to Shell’s website.
