Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd. (Gazpromneft-Lubricants) today announced that it has opened an office in Russia's Far East port of Vladivostok.

"Setting up the Far East office, the company got the opportunity to work in the same time zone with its partners in the region, process customer requests faster and meet the needs of the market," said Gazpromneft-Lubricants.

The company notes that it supplies marine lubricants to the Far Eastern ports of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Nakhodka, Kholmsk, Korsakov, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Shakhtersk, Olga, Posiet, and Vanino.

At the end of 2016, Gazpromneft-Lubricants says it had shipped 4,714 tonnes of marine lubricants to the ports of the region — 51.8 percent more than the volume of supplies to the Far East during the previous year.

"We create comfortable conditions for conducting shipping business in the Far East," said Roman Miroshnichenko, Head of Gazpromneft-Lubricants' marine lubricants business.

"Ports in the region are rapidly developing and becoming hubs. The level of services provided, including the quality of marine lubricants and technical services at competitive prices, will allow Vladivostok, the port of Vostochny and Nakhodka to become alternatives to the ports of Japan, China, and South Korea."

Gazpromneft-Lubricants' new office is located at 30, Tigrovaya str., Vladivostok.

Last week, Gazpromneft-Lubricants announced that, with the signing of a new three-year supply agreement, the company is set to triple its supply of lubricants to Russia's Rosmorport.
