Oceania Bunkering Mozambique Adds Pipeline Bunkering Services at Three Ports
Mozambique-based physical supplier Oceania Bunkering Mozambique has launched pipeline bunkering services at three ports in the country.
Ships can now take on marine fuel by pipeline at Beira, Nacala and Pemba, the company said in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.
“At a time when marine fuel availability remains a challenge, this service aims to provide vessels calling at these ports with a more efficient and reliable bunkering solution, reducing unnecessary delays and improving operational flexibility,” Mphalhane Chone, head of bunkering of Oceania Bunkering Mozambique, said in his LinkedIn post.
The company recently began ship-to-ship bunkering at Beira Anchorage, deploying the 4,283 DWT barge Great Wall Energy 1 to supply LSMGO to vessels at the anchorage.
