Integr8 Fuels is the marine fuel procurement arm of Navig8 Group, a leader in international shipping operations and commercial management.

Navig8 has more than 80 vessels under management, more than 30 owned vessels, six shipping pools and more than 35 pool partners.

Since launching in 2011, Integr8 has rapidly established itself as a top global bunker trading firm, supplying more than 5,000 vessels annually via over 450 vetted suppliers.

In addition to managing all fuel procurement for the Navig8 fleet, Integr8 maintains a large and well-established portfolio of more than 950 third-party customers, managed by a team of 65 traders
around the world.

Global Presence

Integr8 holds a global presence with 15 offices worldwide, including major shipping hubs such as Singapore, London, and Dubai, as well as additional locations in Athens, Oslo, Hamburg, Houston, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town, Mumbai, Shanghai, Taiwan, Tokyo and Perth.

Under Managing Director Tushar Gole's leadership, Integr8 has delivered sustained growth in trading volumes over the long term, achieving an average annual growth rate of 8.2%.

Its traded volumes slipped to 6.0 million mt in 2025, down from 6.3 million mt in 2024 and 2023. But the company views this small decline as being in line with broader market conditions, and sees itself as remaining well-positioned following over a decade of consistent expansion.

Integr8 has been a key player within the digital bunkering space: its longstanding partnership with Navig8-owned bunker procurement platform ENGINE began shortly after its launch in 2020.

The firm also maintains representation on bunker industry body IBIA's technical and future fuels working groups.

In early 2025, UAE-based ADNOC Logistics & Services completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Navig8 Group. ADNOC L&S now holds 80% of Integr8's parent company, with the remaining 20% expected to be acquired in 2027.
