Aegean Announces Date for 2Q 2017 Financials & Earnings Call
Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. [NYSE: ANW] (Aegean) will hold its Second Quarter 2017 Conference Call and Webcast on Friday, August 11th, 2017 at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time, the bunker supplier has announced.
The financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2017 will be issued on August 10 after the close of market trading.
The results and subsequent earnings call will be the first since a number of high level changes at the world's largest independent physical supplier, that were precipitated by a surprise 1Q 2017 result that investment banking firm Stifel called "one of the worst quarters in the company's history."
Those changes include Peter Georgiopoulos stepping down as Chairman of the Board, former President E. Nikolas Tavlarios resigning by mutual agreement, and Jonathan Mcilroy being appointed the new Chairman.
