Island Oil Launches Israel Physical Supply Operation

Island Oil (Holdings) Limited (IOL) subsidiary Island Petroleum Limited (IPL) Friday said in an emailed statement it is launching a new physical supply operation in Israel.

Operations are expected to commence on December 10, 2015.

IPL says it will supply at Haifa port and at outer roads with a range of products including IFO380 (RMG380), IFO180 (RME180), all intermediate grades down to IFO CST-30 (RMB 30), and Marine Gasoil (DMA) with a maximum sulfur content of 0.1 percent.

Products will be supplied to ISO8217:2010 specification via the 1,316 dwt bunker tanker MT Lerrix, a 2012-built double hulled/bottom vessel said to be fully equipped with boiler, heating coils, blender, flow meters, bow-thruster, and fenders.

Tank Capacity was said to be 850 metric tonnes (mt) for HFO and 255 mt for MGO, with pumping rates of 350 cbm per hour for HFO, and 120 cbm per hour for MGO.
