Monjasa Europe Appoints General Manager

Monjasa today announced that appointment of Mikkel Kannegaard as its new General Manager in Copenhagen effective November 2017.

Kannegaard, who holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a leadership degree from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, joins Monjasa from his current position as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of global logistics company Damco's IMEA region, and is currently located in UAE.

He also previously held several positions within the A.P Moller-Maersk Group, including Manager at Maersk Logistics in China, and Personal Assistant to Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller in Denmark.

Mikkel brings relevant experience from the shipping industry and from several different leadership positions, most recently in the A.P. Monjasa says Kannegaard's main assignments will be to strengthen business development activities and deepen partnerships and personal relations across Monjasa's Northern Europe operations.
