Golar LNG Limited (Golar LNG) [NASDAQ: GLNG] Wednesday, in its report of it interim financial results for the period ending June 30, confirmed that liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunkers have been ordered for mid-September delivery to floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) vessel Hilli Episeyo.

The delivery is slated to come ahead of the vessel's departure from Singapore for Cameroon at the end of September or beginning of October.

Keppel Offshore & Marine's (Keppel O&M) subsidiary, Keppel Shipyard Ltd. (Keppel Shipyard) undertook work on the Hilli Episeyo - said to be the world's first such Floating Liquefaction Vessel (FLNGV) conversion.

"The Hilli conversion is nearing completion and no major issues have been identified.  All equipment has been installed and pre-commissioning work is well underway," said Golar LNG.

Upon its completion, Hilli Episeyo is slated for operation in offshore Kribi for Société Nationale des Hydrocarbures and Perenco Cameroon SA.
