The Bunker Holdings Group has made a number of changes to top management in at least three of its bunkering subsidiaries, market sources familiar with the matter have told Ship & Bunker.

The changes, that have also been reported in Danish Media, include Glander International Bunkering (GIB) Managing Director and CEO Christoffer Berg Lassen taking over from Henrik Zederkof as CEO of Dan-Bunkering.

Carsten Ladekjær, who Berg Lassen replaced in 2013 at the then International Bunkering Group, has now rejoined the firm as CEO of Glander International Bunkering to fill the position vacated by Berg Lassen.

Former Bunker Holding Group COO Søren Høll has taken over Ladekjær's role in heading up KPI Bridge Oil.

No official comment has yet been made on the various moves, but the CEO changes have already been reflected on the KPI Bridge Oil and Glander International Bunkering websites, while Berg Lassen's new role at Dan Bunkering has been indicated on his LinkedIn profile.

Ship & Bunker understands that Bunker Holdings has recently been exploring a restructuring of its brand portfolio.
