New Hire for KPI Bridge Oil in Seattle
KPI Bridge Oil Thursday announced in an emailed press release the appointment of Mr Daniel Chin as Bunker & Lubricant Trader at its office in Seattle, U.S..
Prior to joining the global broking and trading company, Chin was said to have worked as an oil trader in Korea as well as in Singapore and Pakistan.
"Daniel has advantageous knowledge of the maritime industry and its needs," said KPI Bridge Oil.
Commenting on his appointment, Chin said: "I have a solid background within the maritime industry and I've spent a lot of time developing new business opportunities with shipbuilders in Asia. As much as I have enjoyed my time abroad I am ready for a change in perspective."
"Relocating and working in Seattle is a new angle and I expect there to be some challenges and learning curves ahead."
Prior to his joining KPI Bridge Oil Seattle, Chin was a Junior Trader and Manager with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME).
