Bulk Carrier Detained in Singapore

A bulk carrier was detained in Singapore over the weekend.

The Sinica Graeca was detained by local law firm Resource Law on September 24, according to court records.

The reason for the arrest is unclear but is likely to involve payments for services.

The 63,000 deadweight tonne ship was built in 2015 and is controlled by Greek interests, according to shipping database equasis.
