Freepoint Commodities Opens Bunkering Services at St. Croix

U.S.-based Freepoint Commodities LLC (Freepoint) today announced that the company will begin providing bunkers at St. Croix, Virgin Islands, effective immediately.
The company says it will initially provide bunkers ex-pipe at St. Croix's Limetree Bay Terminals.

Last year, Ship & Bunker reported that Freepoint and private equity firm ArcLight Capital were set to buy the bankrupt Hovensa refinery complex in St. Croix, with intentions of turning it into a "massive" oil storage hub.
