The World Fuel Services Corporation (WFS) today announced that it will use the Nor-Shipping event to highlight the importance of subjects covered in the company's recently published white papers, including Mass Flow Meters (MFMs) in Singapore, 2020 global regulations, fuel and lube choices, as well as working with a strong counterparty within the marine environment.

WFS says this is the first time it will be highlighting its offering at Nor-Shipping, which runs from May 30 to June 2.

"Our offer goes far beyond just fuel," said Paul Lowther, Director of Marine Marketing at WFS.

"Nor-Shipping is a great platform to help us illustrate how our team of experts partners with the marine industry to provide a comprehensive product and service portfolio."

WFS says it will present its fuel and lubricants offering, as well as its complete range of marine-related solutions.

In addition to a tradeshow floor presence, WFS says it will host a series of special events, including a customer seminar to "drive thought-provoking discussions on the most compelling issues facing the maritime industry today."

Earlier this month, Ship & Bunker reported that WFS CEO Michael Kasbar said there were signs that market conditions are beginning to improve as we enter an "emerging new marine industry" that is being increasingly shaped by technology.
