Monjasa Appoints Senior Trader in Panama
Global marine fuel supplier and trading firm Monjasa has appointed a new senior trader in Panama.
Arian Dylan Davoodi has been promoted to the role of senior trader in Panama City as of this month, he said in an update to his LinkedIn profile.
He has worked for the company since August 2021, first joining the firm under the Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee programme. Another trainee from that year's intake, Christian Mazid, was also promoted to senior trader this week.
Davoodi had earlier completed an internship with BW Dry Cargo in 2020.
Panama took up a majority of the 2.45 million mt of marine fuels Monjasa sold in the Americas in 2025. Balboa and Cristobal were the company's second- and seventh-largest supply ports, respectively, last year.
