Florida-based LNG provider Sawgrass LNG & Power has carried out an LNG bunkering operation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The LNG4Speed truck-to-ship bunkering operation was conducted in collaboration with Gas and Heat and Rev LNG LLC on Tuesday, the firm said in a LinkedIn post yesterday.
About 320 m3 of LNG was transferred, with eight trucks each supplying 40 m3.
Gas and Heat's technical team provided on-site support throughout the bunkering operation.
“Another great example of how Gas and Heat's LNG4Speed technology supports LNG bunkering operations worldwide,” the firm said in a separate LinkedIn post.
In April, Sawgrass LNG & Power conducted the first shore-to-ship LNG bunkering in Port Everglades, located in South Florida, US.
