BUNKER JOBS: Shell Seeks Bunker Account Manager in Singapore

Oil major Shell is looking to hire a bunker account manager in Singapore.
The company prefers candidates with experience in bunker operations and sales, it said in a LinkedIn job advertisement on Wednesday.
The advertisement lists the following requirements for the role:
- Solid sales and account management capability, with solid literacy, numeracy, and a clear results‑driven mindset. Experience in Bunker operations/sales highly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and manage a dedicated customer portfolio and multiple internal stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Supply & Distribution).
- Collaborative team player who can work within and help build effective teams, with enthusiasm for end‑to‑end business growth for Shell.
- Sound understanding of trading and sales optionality, key trading strategies, bunker delivery operations and documentation, and local systems, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Capability to lead new business development opportunities and projects, with bi‑lingual skills required in some regions.
