Panamax Bulker Arrested in Singapore

The Panamax bulk carrier Zhen Bang has been arrested in Singapore, according to the latest records from the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Information from VesselsValue.com indicates that the 2015-built vessel is owned by Grand China Logistics.
The 79,400 DWT Zhen Bang was detailed following action taken by local law firm Resource Law LLC, with the arrest taking place on July 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. local time.
The circumstances leading to the arrest are currently unknown, but such action is common in instances of payment dispute.
