Inspection company CCIC Singapore Pte. Ltd. has been ordered to wind up by the High Court of Singapore.

The winding-up order was made on October 2, following an application by Hong Kong-based CCIC International Holding Limited, according to a notice published in Singapore’s Government Gazette on Friday.

The US Department of the Treasury had sanctioned CCIC Singapore in May 2025, alleging that it provided inspection services for Iranian oil shipments in late 2024.

Wong Joo Wan and Tina Phan Mei Ting of Alternative Advisors Pte Ltd have been appointed as liquidators.

Creditors have been instructed to submit their proof of debt to the liquidators.

Established in 1989, CCIC Singapore provided bunker surveying services in Singapore.
