Tanker Arrested in Singapore

The tanker Golden Dynasty has been arrested in Singapore, according to the latest records from the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Information from VesselsValue.com indicates that the 2010-built vessel is controlled by China-based Shanghai Dingheng Shipping Co Ltd.
The 14,500 DWT Golden Dynasty was detained following action taken by local law firm Gurbani & Co, with the arrest taking place on April 23, 2017 at 4:05 a.m. local time.
The circumstances leading to the arrest are currently unknown, but such action is common in instances of payment dispute.
