OW Bunker today announced the appointment of Christoffer Pedersen as the new Assistant Manager for the trading division of the company's Copenhagen operation.

The bunker supplier said Pedersen has significant experience of the bunkering industry, having worked for OW Bunker's physical operation in Panama, and his primary focus will be to work with existing customers to provide further value to their operations.

"I am pleased to welcome Christoffer to the Copenhagen office. His understanding of the bunkering industry, in particular physical supplies, will pay dividends in providing more value to our customers' businesses," commented OW Bunker Copenhagen's Branch Manager, Jesper Schmidt, in the emailed press release.

"His knowledge, as well as contacts and networks within the South American market will also be invaluable to our global Scandinavian customers who operate in the region."

In October OW Bunker announced the appointment former Noble Bunkering and Chemoil executives Adrian Tolson and Keith Richardson as part of its expanding U.S. operations, as well as the former BP and Brightoil Petroleum exec Paul Bradshaw's appointment as its new Regional Manager for OW Bunker Asia.
