ESL Shipping to Integrate AtoB@C Shipping into ESL Brand
Dry bulk operator ESL Shipping will integrate its subsidiary AtoB@C Shipping into the ESL Shipping brand to strengthen its market position and simplify its service offering.
The consolidation will support long-term growth and improve service integration across its coaster and handy vessel segments, the company said in a statement on its website on Monday.
Shortsea operator AtoB@C Shipping has been part of the ESL Shipping group since 2018.
"A single brand enables us to present a clearer, stronger identity to our customers and partners," Mikki Koskinen, Managing Director of ESL Shipping, said.
The transition will be implemented gradually over the coming months, with websites, digital platforms and company materials updated in phases.
ESL Shipping said all existing customer agreements, contacts and operations will continue without interruption.
The company added that the change will not affect services, operational reliability, personnel, crews or customer commitments.
ESL Shipping is a subsidiary of Aspo Plc and operates a fleet of around 40 vessels serving dry bulk cargo markets in the Baltic region.
