CEO of South Africa's Heron Marine Leaves Company
Monday June 1, 2026
The CEO of South African bunker supplier Heron Marine, a key local subsidiary of global marine fuels firm TFG Marine, has stepped down from her role and left the company.
Kgomotso Selokane has stepped down as CEO of Heron Marine as of May 29, a source close to the company told Ship & Bunker.
Selokane has worked for the company since 2018.
"The transition follows Selokane’s decision to focus on her broader interests across the transport, maritime and infrastructure sectors," the source said.
"The business continues to operate under its existing management structure."
Heron Marine is the local physical supplier used by TFG Marine. TFG owns 51% of the firm, with the remainder owned by Siren South Africa.
