Tideform and AuctionConnect Hire Joint Head of Customer Success
Bunker Holding subsidiaries Tideform and AuctionConnect have hired a head of customer success covering both firms.
Anders Eiken has taken on the role of head of customer success at Tideform and AuctionConnect in Copenhagen as of this month, Tideform said in a LinkedIn post.
Eiken previously worked for ZeroNorth from August 2022 to this month, serving most recently as regional lead for customer success in North EMEA and the Americas.
He had earlier worked for Torm from 2021 to 2022, for Thorco Projects from 2020 to 2021, for Torm again from 2017 to 2020, for KPI Bridge Oil from 2016 to 2017 and for Glander International Bunkering from 2014 to 2016.
"In his new role, he will lead customer success efforts helping customers maximise value through stronger partnerships, transparency and a more connected, data-driven procurement experience," Tideform said.
"As we continue to scale, strengthening the customer experience and staying closely aligned with market needs remains central to our strategy."
