New Bunker Trader for Singapore's Dynamic Oil Trading
Bunker trading firm Dynamic Oil Trading has hired Jacky Yen as a bunker trader at its Singapore headquarters, the company said Thursday in an emailed statement.
Yen previously worked for an undisclosed marine fuel company in Singapore for two years, handling bunker trading, acting as an operational liaison for fuel deliveries, and working with the Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA).
"We're very pleased to have further strengthened our Singapore bunker trading team with the appointment of Jacky Yen," said CEO Lars Møller.
"Jacky brings exactly the hands-on experience and the local knowledge that we are looking for at Dynamic Oil Trading in order to support our customers.
"While we expect the market to remain challenging throughout 2014, I am confident that our expertise, knowledge and relationships will act as the foundation for our continued rate of growth, and for providing our customers with the support that they need, including the right fuel products at the right prices, as well as the right risk management solutions that control their costs and maximize their levels of profitability."
The company has made a number of hires in recent months, citing growing demand.
