Marine fuels trading firm Propeller Fuels has announced the appointment of two new traders in Singapore.

Ku Jaeon joined the company as a marine fuel trader in May, while Joyce Lim joined as a bunker trader in April, according to updates on their LinkedIn profiles.

Jaeon previously worked as a marine fuel trader at Oilmar in Singapore from September 2024 to April 2026.

Lim is new to the bunker industry, joining Propeller Fuels after working as a senior financial consultant at HSBC from December 2022 to October 2024.

She previously served as a wealth planning manager at DBS Bank from 2021 to 2022 and also held project manager roles at ST Engineering and ASMPT.

“Although new to the industry, she holds relevant academic qualifications in Maritime Studies and possesses a great personality and positive attitude,” Propeller Fuels said in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

“With about 2 years of experience in the marine and bunkering industry, Jaeon brings with him the relevant market knowledge and valuable industry expertise.”

“We strongly believe that his addition to the team will further strengthen our capabilities and support the expansion of our portfolio, particularly in the Korea market.”
