Titan's LNG Bunkering Vessel Completes 15-Year Survey
LNG bunker firm Titan Clean Fuels’ LNG bunkering vessel Titan Unikum has completed a major survey and dry docking in China as the vessel prepares for further trading.
The vessel underwent its 15-year special survey and dry dock at Cosco Shipyard in Guangzhou, Titan Clean Fuels said in a LinkedIn post today.
“Alongside the survey, retrofit works were carried out to prepare for the future installation of a Forward Manifold, adding further LNG bunkering capability down the line and reinforcing Unikum’s flexibility as part of our multi-fuel fleet,” the firm added.
The upgrade is expected to give Titan Unikum additional LNG bunkering capability and greater flexibility in its operations.
The vessel has previously carried out LNG and petrochemical time charters, delivering cargoes to terminals across Asia.
Titan said the vessel is now ready to continue trading for the next five years and beyond.
