Bunker Holding digital bunkering units AuctionConnect and TideForm are seeking to hire a joint senior commercial manager.
This is a global search and the role is open to global candidates with significant experience in bunkering, shipping, trading, procurement or related maritime sectors.

- Build and develop a high-quality sales pipeline across both businesses
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with shipowners, operators, traders, suppliers and procurement organisations
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing

- Understand customer challenges and guide organisations through digital transformation and change management
- Help customers modernise procurement processes and adopt more data-driven decision-making
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the maritime ecosystem
- Represent AuctionConnect and Tideform at industry events, conferences and customer meetings
- Leverage your network and market insights to identify growth opportunities across key global hubs
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure strong customer adoption and retention
