IFO380 Prices Firm in Europe
IFO380 bunker prices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa mostly made small gains today, while IFO180 in North and Western Europe fell.
Rotterdam IFO380 gained $1.50 to $589.00 per metric tonne (pmt) for a week-on-week gain of $7.00. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) gained $2.00 to $616.00 pmt widening the premium for the fuel to $27.00.
Gdansk IFO380 edged up $3.00 to $609.50 after a steady market yesterday, while IFO180 mostly correcting Monday's big gain for the product, today falling $26.50 to $639.50 to put the gain since last Friday at $3.00.
Piraeus IFO380 was up $12.00 to $614.50 pmt after three consecutive days of smaller losses putting the week-on-week gain at $14.00. LS380 was up $11.00 to $679.00 pmt narrowing the premium for low sulfur fuel to $64.50. MGO slipped $1.00 to $953.00 pmt for a change of just $4.50 since last Tuesday.
Fujairah IFO380 climbed $0.50 to $606.50 pmt for a week-on-week gain of $6.50. MGO in the port slipped $0.50 to $1021.50 pmt for a week-on-week gain of just 1.00.
Istanbul IFO380 was up for a second day, gaining $6.00 to $625.00 pmt for a week-on-week gain of $6.00. MGO fell $2.50 to $992.50 pmt.
