Eleven Energy Hires Trading Manager and Senior Trader in Greece
Marine fuels trading firm Eleven Energy has appointed a trading manager and senior trader in Greece.
Tasos Aliferis has joined as trading manager and Sotirios Tsesmelis as senior trader in Greece, the company said in a LinkedIn post yesterday.
The appointments mark the company’s move to build a presence in Greece.
Aliferis joins from Shipergy, where he worked from May 2023 until this month, most recently serving as head of trading – Greece.
He previously worked at Praxis Energy Agents as a bunker trader in Greece from 2019 to 2023.
Tsesmelis also joins from Shipergy, where he served as senior bunker & lubricant trader from August 2024 until this month.
Before Shipergy, he worked at Oilmar as a bunker & lubricant trader from June 2023 to May 2024.
He was previously a bunker & lubricant consultant at KPI OceanConnect from 2022 to 2023 and spent more than 13 years at New World Marine, from 2009 to 2022.
HRH Prince Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Turki of Saudi Arabia had launched Eleven Energy in June 2025.
