• Companies can contact SOHAR Port and Freezone by email to show interest and share their contact details
• Omani Rials 5,000/= (non-refundable) to be paid against each tender document to one of the following bank accounts, mentioning both the company name and tender reference number

• After payment, the company can collect the tender documents from SOHAR Port and Freezone Administration Building from 9:00am on Wednesday 19 April 2017 until 3:00pm on Thursday 11 May 2017
• Alternatively companies can request to receive a soft copy of the tender documents by email
• A written confirmation of the bunker provider’s intent to respond to this RFP is required by Wednesday 10 May 2017
• Tenders shall be addressed to Mr. Batti Al Shibliinared, wax-sealed envelope, endorsed only by the by the tender name and number
• The exterior of the sealed envelope must not reveal the identity of the tenderer
• The sealed tender envelope must be deposited in the tender box kept at the reception desk of SOHAR Portand Freezone HQ before 4:00pm on Wednesday 21 June 2017
• In parallel, a soft copy of the proposal should be submitted by email to Batti Al Shibli and Wouter Barendregt
• SOHAR reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons
• All contractors who wish to participate in the above tender are required to submit their firm’s commercial registration documents along with their contact details at the time of collection of tender documents.
