Brent Crude Oil Prices Trade Flat on Monday

Brent crude oil prices traded flat Monday, keeping the pressure on the firm run up in bunker prices from last week.

Iraq continues lead the headlines and the finger pointing game has been interesting to watch in Washington DC.

The question is will this new uprising disrupt energy exports? Will the fighting from Syria through Iraq break out into sectarian war across the region?

US Secretary of State John Kerry indicated that air strikes to help Iraqi government forces are possible.

These are the same government forces that are backed Iran, which still remains a primary geo-political force in the region. We recommend booking as far out as possible.
