Deltamarin Sells Interest in Scrubber Firm
Deltamarin Ltd (Deltamarin) hasĀ announced that on December 31 it sold all of its shares in DeltaLangh Ltd (DeltaLangh), a supplier of exhaust gas cleaning systems and water treatment units, to Oy Langh Tech Ab (Langh Tech).
Daltamarin says all ongoing projects and customer contacts along with related liabilities have been transferred to Langh Tech, "which will continue the business in the exhaust gas cleaning market."
Further, DeltaLangh will now be known as Langh Tech Scrubbers, the company announced on its website.
"I believe that through the change in ownership we are able to react faster to the customers' needs and to develop new solutions for the tightening environmental demands," said Sauli Vahtokari from Langh Group.
Deltamarin, commenting on its own business focus following the divestment in the scrubber company, said "in the future Deltamarin Group will concentrate on delivering complete engineering packages and turnkey services including engineering, procurement, construction and installation."
