Baltec Marine Installing Scrubbers on TT-Line RoPax Ferry

Baltec Marine (Baltec) Monday announced that it is installing four hybrid exhaust gas scrubbers, all manufactured by Italy's Ecospray Technologies, on TT-Line’s RoPax ferry Peter Pan.
Delivery is said to be expected for January 10, 2017.
The news comes a year after Baltec completed the installation of four hybrid scrubbers on Peter Pan's sister vessel Nils Holgersson.
"Peter Pan and Nils Holgersson are two of TT-Line’s premium RoPax ferries, operating between Trelleborg, Sweden and Travemünde, Germany," noted the company.
Both ferries were built in 2001, and feature a 744 passenger capacity.
